head cold & cupcakes

Kinley has now had a runny/stuffy nose for over a week - it's the never ending case of the sniffles. It has made for some very restless nights sleep, for her and I both. The Daddy, however, is capable of sleeping through a tornado.. literally, he's done it before. I am hoping it clears up soon, because this mommy really loves her sleep. But for now, this mommy is just going to have to really love her coffee.

Today we hit up the $5 packs of diapers at Babies R Us... It wasn't as good of a bargain as last time. It was only on certain brands, whereas last time, it was on almost every brand imaginable, and the big boxes. Oh well, we got what we could, and after The Daddy got off work we made a second trip back, and got her some more bath colors - who knew they could run out so quickly? A pink & purple girly car track, and magnetic barnyard animals for the fridge. Now, that is quite the Friday night for one year old little pebble-pony tailed girls, if you ask me.

We baked today - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, more photos to come of those soon. What is better than making Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes, you ask? Making them in your PJ's.

Her Royal Sleepy Head loves to bake.

Maybe she loves it a little too much, because for some odd reason, somebody wouldn't eat their Grilled Cheese Pita and Strawberry Banana smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Cafe tonight... it wouldn't be all of the chocolate she had before dinner, would it?

This required her second bath before 4 PM...

Kinley has learned a new trick, step one.. unfasten diaper.

Step two... run fast so Mommy can't catch me.

Pulling such a stunt, wears one out. Nothin' like lounging on the couch, with a belly full of icing, watching Bolt {best movie, ever}, sippy cup in hand.

Have a relaxing, and SWEET weekend everyone. We know we will.
